We ship mostly from Hong kong. Some items may also ship from trusted international fulfillment centers (USA) for faster service or product availability.

When will my order be processed?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How long does shipping take?
- For U.S. orders: 3–7 business days
- For international orders: 7–21 business days, depending on location and customs clearance
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if your order hasn't shipped yet. Please contact us immediately at support@safenestgear.com. Once the order has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Will I be charged customs duties or taxes?
International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
What if I don’t receive my order?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us right away. We’ll look into the issue and offer a solution, including a replacement or refund if necessary.
What if the item I received is damaged or broken?
Please email us at support@safenestgear.com within 7 days of receiving the item. Include your order number and photos of the damaged item. We’ll provide a replacement or a full refund.
